Ingredients of Berrylicious Cheesecake Tacos

- Tortilla; These serve as the “shell” for your dessert taco. Their neutral flavor allows the sweet cheesecake filling and toppings to shine while providing the structure for your creation. I use an 8-inch size
- Graham Cracker Crumbs; to coat the tortillas, mimicking the classic cheesecake crust and adding a buttery, crumbly texture.
- Unsalted Butter; Acts as a binding agent to help the graham cracker crumbs adhere to the tortillas, enhancing their flavor with a rich, buttery taste. Make sure the butter is melted already.

Cheesecake
- Cream Cheese at room temperature; The main ingredient for the cheesecake filling, providing a creamy, tangy base. Room-temperature cream cheese ensures a smooth, lump-free texture.
- Heavy Cream; to add creaminess, Whipped into the mixture to add lightness and a silky texture to the cheesecake filling.
- Powdered Sugar; Sweetens the filling without leaving a gritty texture, as powdered sugar dissolves easily.
- Lemon Juice; Adds a hint of tartness to balance the sweetness and enhance the overall flavor.
- Vanilla Extract; Infuses the cheesecake filling with a warm, aromatic flavor, complementing the tang of the cream cheese

Topping
- Blueberry Jam; Adds a burst of fruity sweetness with a slightly tangy note, pairing perfectly with the cheesecake filling.
- Strawberry Jam; Brings a bright, sweet flavor to the dish, adding a pop of color and a complementary berry profile.
- For the topping, you can use whatever you like, if you want to use fresh berries go for it! Or you can change the fruits too; this is where you can be free with your toppings!
How to Make Berrylicious Cheesecake Tacos

Taco Shells
First, set your oven to 400℉ (200℃) to get it ready.

Second, stack the tortillas and cut out 5 circles using a 1.5-inch cookie cutter. To prevent air bubbles, pierce each tortilla with a fork on both sides.
Then, dip each tortilla circle into melted butter, then coat it with graham cracker crumbs for that cheesecake crust flavor.

Now, flip a cupcake pan upside down, and carefully place the tortillas between the cups to form a taco shape.
Finally, bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the shells are slightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.
Cheesecake

Start by preparing the cream cheese base: In a large mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Whip the heavy cream: In another bowl, whisk the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
Assembly
Spoon the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag. Pipe the filling into the cooled taco shells.

Top each taco with blueberry and strawberry jam for a fruity finish.
Serve immediately for the best texture and taste of your sweet cheesecake berries taco a.k.a Berrylicious cheesecake Tacos!

Recipe Notes;
- After assembling, refrigerate the tacos for 15–20 minutes to let the cheesecake filling set for easier handling.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts, crushed graham crackers, or chocolate chips on top of the jams for added crunch and flavor.
- Add fresh blueberries or strawberry slices alongside the jam for an extra burst of freshness.
- Swap out the blueberry and strawberry jams for other flavors like raspberry, peach, or even Nutella for variety.
